- 2024 -

 September:  Poka is one of six winners of Standard Chartered Bank's Women in Tech grant

 August :  PokaDolls in Accra meetup for brunch.

 July :   Poka Market opens offering app users the opportunity to shop curated women's personal care and lifestyle products from local African artisans. Yaye Africa becomes Poka Market’s first vendor selling premium fruit & herbal teas. Poka collabs with Adina Thembi for Fibroid Awareness Month.

 June :  The Poka team travels to London to participate in and pitch at FemTech Lab's Decoding the Future of Women conference, showcasing our innovative solution and expanding our network within the industry. PokaDolls holds its first international meetup.

 May :  Poka organizes the inaugural Poka Papty providing accessible pap smear tests to community members & demonstrating our commitment to proactive reproductive health care and community well-being.

 March : Poka is accepted into the FemTech Lab accelerator program, a significant milestone that provides access to mentorship, resources, and opportunities for growth and development.

 February : Poka successfully launches a beta version of the app providing comprehensive period tracking and menstrual health education to users. The PokaDolls Community group is created.

 November:  Poka hosts the first By the Pokaside on the topic: Embrace your feminine

 August :  Poka Technology Ltd. formally incorporates in Accra, Ghana.

 June :   Poka conducts its first focus group, gathering valuable feedback on preferences for the app's design and features.

 March :  Poka is born and the founders begin their work to bring the company's vision to life.
