Poka health is a period tracking app (the “App”) developed and provided by Poka Technology Ltd (“Poka”, “us”, “our” or “we”). We respect your privacy and understand the importance of protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect the information we collect from you when you use Poka.

We collect information from you when you register for an account, use the App, and interact with us. This information includes:

• Data about your menstrual cycle, such as your period start and end dates and symptoms;

6. Data Retention

Retention: We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If your account is inactive for more than 24 months, we reserve the right to delete your data.

User-Initiated Deletion: We provide a direct way for you to manage your data within the Poka App. You can delete your entire account and all associated personal data at any time by navigating to [Profile > Delete all My Data].

Effect of Deletion: Once you click "Delete My Data," your personal profile, health information, and community posts will be permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days. Please note that some data may be retained for a limited period in our backups or as required by law

7. Changes to This Policy

We may modify this Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the revised Policy on our website and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
